This year-end gacha banner is only available until January 23, 2026, and honestly, I’d rate this banner a 10 out of 10 in terms of pull value.
The main reason is simple — it features Gundam Calibarn (Final Battle) (EX) with the One-Shot Killer tag.
I don’t have this unit yet, but judging from how the game usually treats this lineup, it’s very hard to believe this one won’t be strong.
My Actual Pull Results (No Sugarcoating)
I spent around 30,000 Diamonds on this banner.
No Calibarn.
What I did get:
- Destiny Gundam (EX) ×2
- Master Gundam
To be honest, Destiny Gundam (EX) feels pretty average to me.
Not bad, but not exciting either.
That said, Shinn Asuka is actually solid.
He’s one of those pilots that quietly performs well once you start using him.
Even with bad luck, I still think this banner is worth talking about — and here’s why.
Why This Banner Is Actually Very Good
1. Gundam Calibarn (Final Battle) (EX)
This unit comes with the One-Shot Killer tag, and that alone already makes it a serious target.
If you’ve been playing for a while, you’ve probably noticed this too:
the Suletta Mercury, Gundam Aerial, and Aerial Rebuild lineup feels like one of the game’s favorite families.
Every unit in that line has been usable at worst, and strong at best.
Because of that, Calibarn feels like a very safe bet.If you manage to pull it, chances are it won’t just sit on the bench.
2. Strike Freedom Gundam (EX)
Strike Freedom (EX) also carries the One-Shot Killer tag, and it’s still a very capable unit overall.
The real highlight here, though, is Kira Yamato. He’s genuinely one of the better pilots in the game, and he pushes Strike Freedom’s performance up another level.
If you don’t have Kira yet, this banner is a very good chance to go for him.
3. Lacus Clyne (Eternal)
This is the part a lot of people overlook.
Lacus Clyne (Eternal) is a One-Shot Killer support, and in my opinion, she’s one of the best supports for that playstyle.
If you enjoy building teams that aim to delete enemies in a single attack, this Lacus is exactly the kind of support you want backing them up.
AsobiTalk Take
- Clear goals
- Strong One-Shot Killer synergy
- Units, pilots, and support that actually work together
Even though I burned 30,000 Diamonds without getting Calibarn,
I still think this is a genuinely good banner.
Sometimes the banner is good —
your luck just isn’t.
If you’re playing the One-Shot Killer playstyle,
or you’re waiting for a banner that doesn’t feel like a trap,
this year-end banner is absolutely worth considering.
If you want, next I can:
- Break down whether you should keep pulling or stop
- Compare all One-Shot Killer units and see which ones are actually worth building
- Or turn this into a shorter version for Home page or social posts
Just tell me how you want to use it.
